Ah!These happinest peoples who breed welsh springer and got a "welsh springer spaniel club"like in United-
Kingdom,South Wales,north and south eastern of England,Sweden,Denmark and Netherlands.
In France,you couldn't find a club for welsh springer.
But you can find some welshs coming from other countries or with foreigners in their pedigree.
Welsh springer is a very minor breed here but the major for me.
Only fifty births these last years.
